Our schools offer many jobs that can be reconciled with studies, which allow you to carry out paid missions in companies. The learner who has chosen to follow an initial training program will have to follow this rhythm in order to do an internship in a company.

The student social security system applies to all persons between the ages of 16 and 28 who are enrolled in a public or private higher education institution that has been approved by the State.

NB: An internship is considered to be unpaid if the student does not receive a bonus higher than 15% of the hourly social security ceiling.
No internship may be entered into for a temporary replacement of an employee, for seasonal employment, for additional activity or to fill a permanent position.
In addition, the internship agreement – an agreement signed between the school or university, the company and the intern – must contain 11 items. These mentions include the definition of the activities entrusted to the intern, the maximum weekly duration of the intern’s presence in the company, the amount of the bonus, the list of benefits offered, the social protection system, the conditions under which the internship supervisors provide supervision, and the terms of termination of the internship.
A bonus is mandatory for internships lasting more than 2 months – (i.e. 15% of the hourly social security ceiling, i.e. 554 € per month for 35 hours per week).
Only the part exceeding this limit is subject to employee and employer contributions. It should also be noted that this gratuity is due to the trainee without prejudice to the reimbursement of expenses incurred to carry out the internship and the benefits offered, where applicable, for food, accommodation and transport, and that it is due from the first day of the first month of the internship and paid monthly.
