VAE is open to all professionals who have acquired professional experience, whether as a volunteer, employee or self-employed, on a continuous or discontinuous basis, and in the field that corresponds to your experience (management, marketing, sales, business management, human resources, etc.). This experience must be accepted after your application has been examined.

What kind of financial assistance is available?

You can apply to your CPF (Compte Personnel de Formation) for total or partial funding of your VAE, using your acquired rights (maximum 150 hours); to find out more, click here. You can contact ASCENCIA BUSINESS SCHOOL’s VAE department at any time of the year to request information and to send a first file called the Positioning Booklet. This application file should be returned by email to [email protected]. ASCENCIA BUSINESS SCHOOL’s VAE department will check the admissibility of your application, i.e. the length and nature of your experience in relation to the qualification you wish to apply for. Only when your application has been declared admissible will you be able to begin drafting your validation file (Livret 2).

The leave for validation of acquired experience allows any private sector employee to take time off work to undertake a validation process. The purpose of this leave may be:
The maximum duration of the validation leave is 24 hours of absence from work, consecutive or not.
The employee must apply to his or her employer for a leave of absence 60 days before the start of the validation activities. This written request must present:
The employer has 30 days to respond. He/she may either accept or defer the request for service leave for up to 6 months. At the end of the leave, the employee must present a certificate of effective attendance provided by the organization issuing the certification.
