The purchasing-logistics function is at the heart of a company’s operations. It ensures the flow of goods but also of information. L’organisation et la qualité de la logistique ont un impact très fort sur la compétitivité de nombreuses entreprises.
The functions of logistics and transport will continue to become more professional with the digital transformation and will become essential in the decision-making process, particularly upstream within the marketing and R&D teams.
In a context of globalization and acceleration of exchanges, the mastery of transport techniques and logistics is a key factor of success.
Companies in the professional sectors of industry, products and services need logistics, transport and customs coordinators to manage and coordinate the national and international flow of goods, to ensure the optimization of supply management and to guarantee a service to customers while respecting quality, time and cost. The logistics, transport and customs coordinator is responsible for optimizing the interfaces between the logistics/transportation, commercial and sales administration teams and the service provider teams. It also guarantees the economic performance of internal players and partners. Finally, it sets up the main indicators for monitoring logistics performance.
The logistics and transport functions will continue to become more professional with the digital transformation and will become essential in decision-making, particularly upstream within the marketing and R&D teams. The function also has an impact on information systems, commerce and production. The actors of the function will have to integrate the environmental issue, which will lead to new ways of thinking and doing.

You can enter the Purchasing Logistics and Transport Bachelor’s program after obtaining your Baccalaureate, but also directly into the second or third year, provided you have validated the previous years.
To start the admission process, you can register directly by filling out a form on the Admission page of our website, or by phone, and participate in an admission session. During this session, you will be introduced to the school, take our admission tests and participate in an individual motivation interview. The study of your profile is also based on your academic record. You will be contacted by our training consultants to find out if you are eligible or not.
Ascencia offers you an optimal rhythm of courses for the companies which will welcome you in alternation or in internship : 2 days at the school per week. In alternation, you spend the remaining 3 days in the company.
In initial training, you spend this time in an internship or gain professional experience through a student job.
The Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing Logistics and Transport will enable you to hold positions in this field within any type of structure, in France or abroad. The RNCP title delivered by Ascencia allows you to be directly operational to enter the job market. You can then decide to work or continue your studies.
If you complete your year under a professionalization contract or an apprenticeship contract, your company pays the tuition fees for your training. The remaining cost is therefore zero.
On the other hand, if you are on a work-study program or in initial training, you will have to pay the tuition fees. To learn more about our rates, contact us directly.
The Bachelor’s degree, which is available as a work-study program from the post-baccalaureate level, allows you, during the first two years, to approach all of the company’s professions in order to acquire the knowledge essential for any further studies and career.
This diversity of teaching will allow you to hone your skills in a particular field, which you can choose to pursue in the third year. The Marketing – Communication pathway offers learners a double specialization by also providing them with skills in business management and management. This Bac+3 diploma will allow you to join the marketing or communication department of a company.
International openness is a major challenge for us. From your second year at Ascencia Business School, you have the possibility to obtain a double degree in one of our partner universities. You will return with a certificate from this foreign university and the equivalent French title.
