This program allows you to learn how to manage a set of technical and human resources related to your activity, its performance and its development. This type of versatile profile is sought after by all sectors of activity and is in constant demand.
This program trains professionals with solid and up-to-date technical knowledge in the major fields of marketing: consumer behavior, product and brand policy, communication, distribution, marketing studies…
A 360° view of marketing will provide you with all the elements necessary for your success in the professional world. The alternation of courses, conferences, e-learning or team work is privileged in order to develop your autonomy and your sense of responsibility.
We wish to bring you transversal skills: analytical and synthesis skills, as well as good oral and written communication skills. Indeed, the relational and commercial ease is fundamental in order to carry out your projects.
Today’s operational managers lead and supervise their service/department/pole in order to ensure the performance and quality of activities while respecting the company’s strategy and policy. Thus, their mission is to translate and transmit the strategic decisions taken by the Top Management in order to control the activity and motivate the teams in order to optimize the organization of the work while developing the skills. To this end, they act as an interface between their operational teams and general management as well as all other operational departments of the group and support functions (HR, internal control, etc.).
You can enter the Mastère 1 Marketing – Communication after the validation of 3 years of higher education, but also directly into Mastère 2, provided you have validated 4 years.
To start the admission process, you can register directly by filling out a form on the Admission page of our website, or by phone, and participate in an admission session. During this session, you will be introduced to the school, take our admission tests and participate in an individual motivation interview. The study of your profile is also based on your academic record. You will be contacted by our training consultants to find out if you are eligible or not.
Ascencia offers you an optimal rhythm of courses for the companies which will welcome you in alternation or in internship : 2 days at the school per week. In alternation, you spend the remaining 3 days in the company.
In initial training, you spend this time in an internship or gain professional experience through a student job.
The Mastère Marketing – Communication will allow you to occupy positions in these fields within any type of structure, in France or abroad.
If you complete your year under a professionalization contract or an apprenticeship contract, your company pays the tuition fees for your training. The remaining cost is therefore zero.
On the other hand, if you are on a work-study program or in initial training, you will have to pay the tuition fees. To learn more about our rates, contact us directly.
With a general core curriculum, the Mastère provided by Ascencia allow you to develop the general skills that will make you a competent manager in any field of activity you choose.
You will deepen your chosen specialization via the dedicated teaching units, but also thanks to your experience in a company. Thus, instead of simply training technicians who master the tools of the job, the program makes it possible to train managers-entrepreneurs capable of exercising responsibilities from the outset.
International openness is a major challenge for us. From your second year at Ascencia Business School, you have the possibility to obtain a double degree in one of our partner universities. You will return with a certificate from this foreign university and the equivalent French title.
Ascencia is also developing internationally through the opening of Ascencia International, a network of schools located abroad, where you can study our programs directly on site.
