About the training

About the Bachelor in Sales Administration

These two years make it possible to approach all the aspects of the sales administration through the study of several axes:

  • Customer relationship management, face to face or remotely.
  • Coordination of internal and external information in a department or organization.
  • Management of the administrative and financial aspects of a client file;
  • Organization and management of the activities of a commercial unit.

General objectives

General objectives of the training

The sales administration manager (SD) occupies a strategic role within his company. He is responsible for the smooth running of sales between his company and his customers throughout the process, from order to delivery.

He is in charge of the negotiations with the future buyers in order to define the best conditions of sale. He must also proceed to the control and the good recording of the various sales contracts. Versatile, he is the link between the customer and the different departments of his company such as the sales department, the accounting department or the transporters.

The SD manager carries out both financial and administrative monitoring missions: he/she deploys the procedures that can be put in place and ensures that they are carried out correctly.

1st year

Block 1 – Customer relationship management, face-to-face or remote

Management of the customer relationship, face to face or remotely in its relational dimensions using the appropriate means of communication whether for assistance or sales purposes.

Coordination (steering) and management of internal and external relationships and data by instructing and administering information and procedures in an existing information system.

Admission procedures

What are the admission procedures?

You can enter the program after obtaining your Baccalaureate, but also directly into the second or third year, provided you have validated the previous years.

To start the admission process, you can register directly by filling out a form on the Admission page of our website, or by phone, and participate in an admission session. During this session, you will be introduced to the school, take our admission tests and participate in an individual motivation interview. The study of your profile is also based on your academic record. You will be contacted by our training consultants to find out if you are eligible or not.

The candidate must hold a Baccalaureate, or a level IV RNCP title, or in the fields of sales, administration, marketing, management, HR)

Candidates who have completed at least the first year of a BTS or DUT in the specialty (business, administration, management) can enroll directly in the 2nd year preparation program.

Candidates who do not hold a diploma or title mentioned above, but who have more than 2 years of experience in administrative, managerial or commercial relations positions may be admitted subject to the admission requirements.

Admission (regardless of the path) is based on a file, written tests and a motivation interview.

Work-study rhythm

What is the work-study rhythm?

Ascencia offers you an optimal rhythm of courses for the companies which will welcome you in alternation or in internship : 2 days at the school per week. In alternation, you spend the remaining 3 days in the company.

In initial training, you spend this time in an internship or gain professional experience through a student job.

What is the cost of the training?

If you complete your year under a professionalization contract or an apprenticeship contract, your company pays the tuition fees for your training. The remaining cost is therefore zero.

On the other hand, if you are on a work-study program or in initial training, you will have to pay the tuition fees. To learn more about our rates, contact us directly.
