Ascencia Business School’s 3-year Bachelor’s degree in Management begins with two years of general education: Improvisation theater, personal branding, field trips, collaborative tools, introduction to coding, professional efficiency techniques, economic news, open innovation competitions: Ascencia offers its students a new way of apprehending the institution and the company as soon as they graduate!
As a Business Unit Manager, you will contribute to the growth of the company’s activity through your management actions and the management of the teams of one or sometimes several business units. You are the guarantor of the proper functioning of the unit, both on the logistical aspect and the budgetary and administrative aspect.
The Management specialization prepares you for the jobs available on the market, but also ensures that your profile can be adapted to future changes in functions, both from a behavioral and technical point of view.
The objective of the training is to provide you with a concrete and balanced teaching, making the link with the tools you use daily in your company. The existing transversality between the proposed modules and the teaching units brings you a strong professional maturity. Working with real materials, role-playing or comparing real indicators, everything is done to professionalize you and give you an experience in line with the reality of the company.
The Operational Unit Manager contributes to the growth of the company’s activity through his or her management actions and management of the teams of one or sometimes several operational units. He/she is responsible for the smooth running of the unit, in terms of logistics, budget and administration. Therefore, he is the intermediary between the employees and the managers of the company.
You can enter the Bachelor’s degree in Management after obtaining your Baccalaureate, but also directly into the second or third year, provided you have validated the previous years.

During this session, you will be introduced to the school, take our admission tests and participate in an individual motivation interview. The study of your profile is also based on your academic record. You will be contacted by our training consultants to find out if you are eligible or not.
Ascencia offers you an optimal rhythm of courses for the companies which will welcome you in alternation or in internship : 2 days at the school per week. In alternation, you spend the remaining 3 days in the company.
In initial training, you spend this time in an internship or gain professional experience through a student job.
The Bachelor’s degree in Management – Management will enable you to hold positions in this field within any type of structure, in France or abroad. The RNCP title delivered by Ascencia allows you to be directly operational to enter the job market. You can then decide to work or continue your studies.
